Shot for Shot Remake Project
2017
The Shot for Shot Remake gave students the opportunity to recreate a short scene from a movie, matching shot length, shot type, camera movement and visual composition as closely as possible. This project served as a technical cinematography and editing exercise for Film Arts students at Avenues New York in 2017. In this reel, student work emulates short scenes from the films Amélie, The Departed, and Barton Fink.
